Use Github Pages

The contribution guide should be a website. Github makes this easy.

Using gh-pages lets everyone change the content if they can learn github. I think this is a very low barrier to entry.

After the gh-pages branch is created, we should maybe delete master and set gh-pages as the default.

@ChadCottle It doesn't look like I have access to manage this repo. Can you kill the master branch and change our default to gh-pages like this. 🍪
