Nodata seam appears at burst boundary in final Dolphin outputs #716
|
Hi, @scottstanie I am processing Sentinel-1 burst-based GSLC data using SWEETS + Dolphin. The workflow completes successfully and produces final outputs (velocity.tif, unwrapped interferograms, residuals, timeseries, etc.). However, the final stitched outputs consistently contain a vertical nodata seam/gap at the boundary between two adjacent bursts. Geometry and masks look correct, but the gap appears in both the velocity and unwrapped outputs. I tested both snaphu and spurt, changed the strides from 4x4 to 2x2, and reran Dolphin from scratch multiple times. Despite this, the gap continues to appear in the exact same location. The gap aligns exactly with the boundary between the two bursts. I would really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi, just making a guess- #689 (comment) did you include some data from 2025-04-30 to 2025-05-02? the config file would be needed to check that; if you did, try removing those bursts, as they are degraded and can't be salvaged |
