How to set bounds for the ISCE2-dervied coregistered SLC files in radar coordinates?

Hi Scott,
I’ve got a stack of co-registered bursts from ISCE2’s stack processing of Sentinel-1 SLC images. My area of interest covers only a small portion of each burst, so I’d like to define a spatial bound for Dolphin processing.
Previously, I was working with CSLC data in geographic coordinates, which made it easy to set bounds using latitude and longitude. However, with the co-registered bursts now in radar coordinates, I’m unsure how to specify the bounds appropriately.
Do you have any suggestions on how to approach this?

Hi Wenzong,

The short answer would be: if you know what the pixel coordinates are of the subset that you care about, I would do (untested)

mkdir -p subsets
for f in `ls merged/SLC/*/*.slc.vrt`; do
  gdal_translate $f "subsets/$(basename $f)" -srcwin XOFF YOFF XSIZE YSIZE
done

What sort of input format were you hoping to have for the subsetting? Do you know the lat/lon bounds of interest, but ISCE2 isn't able to subset those?
I forgot that awhile ago i started a script (untested so far) to do something like this. If you'd like to pick that up and continue, or if you find a nicer way to do it with isce2 SLCs, feel free to post that.
I haven't added something like this to dolphin so far in an effort to avoid needing to support many different input processor formats (isce2, isce3, gmtsar, gamma, etc). But it will be nice to at least add some helper scripts/examples to support common requests like yours.

Thanks for your reply. I think your suggestion is excellent. However, I ultimately decided to use COMPASS for coregistration, as OPERA’s CSLC products are derived in a similar way. With that in place, I can now proceed to process the COMPASS-derived coregistered SLCs in Dolphin.

Not sure if mean Level 0 data when you say "raw", but @wenzong95 is using geocoding/coregistering the Level 1 Sentinel products.
You also might want to post more about what went wrong with your attempt to use COMPASS with dolphin.
