Hello. Installed Authentik to a Docker container (Compose) ref: https://docs.goauthentik.io/install-config/install/docker-compose/
immediately after install, initial setup, navigate to either
http://<your server's IP or hostname>:9000
or
https://<your server's IP or hostname>:9443
shows "Server Error" ...
and https://<your server's IP or hostname>:9443/if/flow/initial-setup/
shows Request Denied....
as shown in screenshots.
the Login page I see no prompt to set a password for the akadmin user (the default user).
I was able to change the akadmin password via CLI.
I can login via https://authentik.company/if/flow/default-authentication-flow/?next=%2F
Did restart containers.
Did restart server.
checked:
3 containers authentik server|worker|postgresql all working healthy (# docker ps)
Using default ports http 9000 & https 9443
.env and compose.yml OK
Docker Engine/Compose v5.5.1; checked installation working correctly.
in VM - Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS;
Reviewed server & worker & postgresql logs , nothing indicates the cause of the server error. Any pointers to resolve are much appreciated thanks.

Cheers, Roger
