Bug: Member videos will not load if they have any watch time

Reproduction steps

0. Play a members-only video for a minute or two so that it maintains a watch history within the app.
1. Close the app.
2. Try to open the same video.

Actual result

Description and comments will load, but the video stream fails with "Failed to load UMP, no stream data. Try restarting plugin/app." And then what looks like a few comma-separated timestamps? It even shows the bubble to skip to the correct time in the video, but no video.

Expected result

The video should load just like any other.
