In commit 63ead34, the created/required title prefixes both for create-pull-request and push-to-pull-request-branch were changed from [Repo Assist] to [repo-assist], which is now leading to this issue and will probably pop up again in other PRs opened before May 9th.
If I understand correctly, this should resolve itself in the future as the old PRs will be closed and the new ones are named correctly. In the meantime it seems possible to rename the currently open PRs to avoid similar issues going forward. Can someone with more knowledge confirm or propose a better workaround for now?
