Is there any guidance that teaches how to build a user application into Coyote system.

I want to try to write a simple RTL code as an application for Coyote.
For example, I design a counter with RTL including some registers, ex start/stop count, initial value.

Is there any document to teach me how to build this RTL into Coyote environment? (and how to design a SW to access this RTL register?)

Yes! We are working on a new release of Coyote, that still isn't an official release of Coyote, but is public. Check out the branch: https://github.com/fpgasystems/Coyote/tree/tutorial and inside the folder examples; for your use case the most interesting examples are Example 1 (RTL, data movement, SW) and Example 3 or 7 (registers)
