The ivy for restfuse is forcing junit 4.8.2

I'm using Ivy to get restfuse binaries.  From what I've read, restfuse 1.2 is using junit 4.9.  The ivy.xml that comes down with 1.2 is forcing the 4.8.2 dependency:  

Is restfuse 1.2 using 4.8.2 or 4.9?
