Sections and fields should show handle in a number of views when working on multiple sites

If you have two sites and both have a section called Blog, when you create a relation field and choose which sections to allow entries from, you can't tell which section is which. Having section handle in view would make that clear.

The same is true in a number other places, such as user permissions.

Currently we have to inspect the underlying HTML in these admin views, or rely on an AI agent to sort the YAML directly.
