On the user dashboard page:

There is text at the top - "Please note that information shown in these user moderation tools is sensitive and should not be shared with anyone outside the moderator and admin team." Can we give this the yellow "warning" styling that we use elsewhere (such as on the "warn or suspend user" page)?

In the "moderation summary" list, can we add dates of the most recent actions here? It makes a difference if the last warning was a week ago or a year ago. There's room.
Also, for "currently suspended?", can we change 0/1 to no/yes? Not all mods are fluent in code conventions.
