chore: rename package to @zoldytech/javascript
Renamed from @zoldytech/eslint-config — the package ships Prettier and tsconfig configs alongside ESLint, so `javascript` (airbnb/javascript + lqa-javascript convention) better names the JS/TS standards bundle and reads cleaner in subpaths (@zoldytech/javascript/tsconfig/base.json). Relocated to ~/dev/zoldytech/javascript. Behavior-neutral: lint clean, 8/8 E2E, consumer resolves @zoldytech/javascript/eslint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
