I've recently left a comment on the PR for Vulkan bindings #120 , but since this discussion is easy to miss, I thought an issue might be appropriate here.
I think Vulkan backends might be really valuable since ImGui is one of the better (if not the best) immediate-mode GUI Toolkits and used by a lot of people.
I am coming from the Minecraft modding space and as Minecraft moves to Vulkan as their renderer, many mods using it will be incompatible with newer versions.
I understand that this currently might not be your priority — especially because it has been tried before and now is abandoned — but I wanted to ask whether this is something you’d be open to revisiting or accepting contributions for.
The existing Vulkan backend of ImGui (C++) might be a useful reference.
