WriteFrame is a structured thinking system for technical writing with AI.

I built it after spending weeks experimenting with AI, trying to move beyond “rewrite this paragraph” and into something more useful, a way to think, structure, and design documentation more intentionally.

WriteFrame is built around what actually makes technical content better:

  • Writing for user intent before documentation structure
  • Designing flows instead of pages
  • Reducing cognitive load
  • Optimizing for time-to-success

This repository contains the prompts, patterns, and workflows I use in my day-to-day work to turn unclear product behavior into clear, usable documentation.

This is not a prompt dump.
It’s a methodology for thinking, structuring, and writing with AI as a partner.

Who is this for?

  • The tired admin
  • The overwhelmed security manager
  • The person who just wants the thing to work

Or, as I like to think about it:

Documentation that still works at 4pm on a Thursday.
