Site does not build on Hugo v0.152+

Hugo v0.152 and above fail to load the translations including English when bulding.

I saw that Actions locked to v0.133, so it's still good there. I should spend some time updating Hugo some time later.

I can fix this, but that means that I have to adjust the translations, either I do some patching, which takes time, or I drop the translation and let them translate again, which is not nice for the translators. Especially when site updates are slow, it's not worth the time to upgrade it to the latest version of Hugo at the time being.
