What do you want to work on?

I want to work on a bug in the TypeScript SDK's wait method. There is no existing issue number but this is a perfect work that i can take care of.
A timeout such as 1/3 second causes an error because Node's timer requires whole milliseconds. So this is what iam trying to fix.

Why this change?

because this fix lets valid fractional timeout work properly , so SDK waits check the gateway instead of crashing immediately.
