[FEATURE] WebSocket Logging

Add a built-in module for logging WebSocket traffic, similar to existing HTTP logging.

Events to capture: OPEN, MESSAGE (with direction ↑/↓), CLOSE, ERROR.

Thanks for the suggestion! I have a couple of questions to help scope this:

1. Which WebSocket client are you using — OkHttp's WebSocketListener, Ktor, or something else?
2. What's the rough message volume in your use case (a few per minute vs. many per second)?

1)I am using ktor with SignalRKore
2) It would be something like from 3 until 25 per minute
