Bug in LimitSpeed-button

In version v2.43.227 I have found a bug in the LimitSpeed-button which didn't show up in version v2.42.221.
In the app I show the speed as a percentage, but also with for instance in 128 steps-mode the bug is present.
In the prefs I have for instance chosen for a limit-% of 50. But with another percentage the bug shows up accordingly.

Example 1:
Starting point: LimitSpeed button is off and slider is set to 25%.
OK: LimitSpeed button is switched on: slider moves to about half of the range. With the slider I can increase the speed to a max of 50%.
Bug: on increasing with the speed-buttons to 50 (or decreasing), it is not possible to reach the range of 41 to 50.

Example 2:
Starting point: LimitSpeed button is off and slider is set to 75% or whatever value greater then 50%.
Bug: LimitSpeed button is switched on: the display shows 40% and the slider moves to 40%.
OK: with the slider I can increase the speed to a max of 50%.
Bug: on increasing with the speed-buttons to 50 (or decreasing), it is not possible to reach the range of 41 to 50.

1. What is your Server? (screenshot of About screen while connected will show this).

2. What are your settings for the following:
   Throttle Screen Layout
   Number of throttles
   Limit Speed' button %
   Maximum throttle Percentage
   Display Speed buttons?

I have managed to reproduce the bug.
I only seems to affect the non-shunting/switching layouts.
I'll look into it.

I believe I have a fix for it.
If you wish to try an alpha build with the fix, contact me via email and I will send you the instructions. It requires a bit of mucking around as it is signed with my keys, not Steve's.
Otherwise it will be out in the next Beta Release via the Play store.
