[Bug] APK does not install.

Describe the bug

The APK from github as well as from Version 5.1.1 (110004) from F-Droid does not install on my tablet.
I tried both the arm64-v8a and universal from github. Installation starts after the required permissions and confirmations and after a few seconds I get the error "App did not install". (I wish Android would display more useful info than this.)
Note: Installing NewPipe on the the device the same way from the same directory works.

Could it be, that Android 8.1 is not supported any more? The wiki and F-Droid says Andoid 5.0 and above.

It do support android 8.1 and I have no idea why it happened unfortunately. Consider re-download the apk and try again.
