Can't rearrange subscriptions. #1198

Hi devs. Since a couple of updates back I haven't been able to rearrange my subscriptions. Before it used to work to pinch a sub and move it easily up or down but now it doesn't work. Using an iPhone SE2. iOS and slide is up to date.
