How to build and use this Library?
Build and usage instructions are unclear to me, Cmake is failing.

Hi, this is part of https://github.com/GPUOpen-Drivers/AMDVLK, so it’s meant to be built as part of that.
If you build amdvlk (see the linked readme on how to do that), it includes a gpurt build.
