Fix Registration samples to use NuGet package instead of project references

The Registration samples should use the NuGet package and work on their own, without the Registration project source code installed.
We might also remove the .dna files and add the <ExcelAddInExplicitRegistration>true</ExcelAddInExplicitRegistration> properties in the project files.
