Notebooks failing due to changes in the output format

If you run pytest, you now get an error complaining about a missing decommission_year column.

I think we need to make a few changes here as the output format has changed substantially. We've also got the asset_id/group_id distinction to deal with, although hopefully soon this will change again as we drop the group_id concept

Good point. Maybe we should hold off until we ditch the group_ids... although I don't really like leaving it broken either. Hmm. I'll think about it
