inconsistent docs for iis_strategy option

Hi

I want to use HiGHS to extract IISes. However there is an inconsistency with the docs. The description of values in the advanced guide is different from the one in the general parameter docs. So I'm not entirely sure what to set the iis_strategy to if I want to make sure I indeed have an Irreducible/minimal subset of constraints.
