In testing filters I noticed a case that has a red icon (indicating unclaimed). this also matches the filter I was testing to highlight only unclaimed cases, however, when clicking on the case and looking at the details, it shows both work types as yellow and "Open, unassigned".
not sure which is true, but both can't be true. (red icon, but yellow open work status on both work items). See Screen Shots.
