Open Items / Data Issues

• 🔴 Past deadline (2026-06-30). Every active filter is overdue. The dates above are a recovery projection, not a restored commitment.
• imikejackson runs at 2× throughput (2 days/filter)
  — that's why a 7-filter queue still finishes first (2026-07-21). If that rate slips to the standard 4 days, Jackson becomes the critical path at ~2026-08-14.
• MergeColoniesFilter lives in an external plugin (SimplnxReview at ../DREAM3D_Plugins/SimplnxReview), not the main simplnx repo. Its GitHub issue/PR will still be tracked here unless you want it elsewhere.

Options to Recover Time

Critical path is the three 4-day engineers finishing 2026-07-23 (16 working days). To pull that in:

1. Shorten cadence on simple filters — writers/rotations (e.g. WriteDREAM3DFilter, ITKImageWriterFilter) may be 2–3 days rather than 4; front-load the heavy ones.
